Hey guys(and gals)! I suppose most of you have eaten strawberries before? Well, most of you love them but you may not be very sure about the benifits of eating it. So, this post is gonna keep you busy with reading about strawberries!


Benifits:

-Strawberries contain a range of nutrients, with vitamin C heading the group.

-Contain significant levels of phytonutrients and antioxidants, which fight free radicals(which makes the strawberry bright red).

-Excellent source of vitamin K and manganese, as well as folic acid, potassium, riboflavin, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, copper, magnesium, flavonoids, ellagic acid and omega-3 fatty acids.

-Low in fat and calories.

-High in fiber and potassium, both associated with heart health benefits, such as lower cholesterol and blood pressure, respectively.

-And lastly, eating just eight strawberries a day can improve heart health, lower blood pressure, reduce inflammation, reduce the risk of cancers and even improve cognitive function!

PIMPLES OUTBREAK ! WHAT TO DO ?!

Hey peeps !Pimples is one of the main causes which happens to teenagers.To teenagers of course, they think pimples makes them look ugly and destroyed their confidence.Well, your sorrow has come to an end, as we are here to teach you ways to keep your face clean and a good healthy body.

To keep up a good habit of keeping your face clean,you have got to be:
-Conscientious
-Hardworking
-Resist temptations

These three things can help you to keep a healthy and clean face!

Let's start with the different ways to cure pimples:
1.Keeping the face clean.
Use a good face scrub to prevent a severe outbreak of pimples.Make sure that you also find a soap that is soft and will not leave hard residue on your face. *If you tend to sweat more,wash your face more frequently*
2.Drinking more water.
As our body are 75% of water, we have to make sure that we keep our body as hydrate as possible.It may sound simple , but you will be shocked by how the water prevents acne!
3.
Making sure you consume a lot of fruits and vegetables.
Fruits and vegetables already contain a lot of water, as well as other vitamins and nutrients. Like vitamin A, which helps with repairing and growing essential body tissues and helps maintain glowing soft skin. Vitamin B type vitamins help to prevent your face from being so oily vitamin C keeps from spreading, and vitamin E is good for preventing marks from being left on your face.

What other remedy do we have ?
-You can apply a tomato or tomato paste to your face.
You leave the solution on your face for an hour a day until you see results. You can also apply garlic to your face, some have reported seeing results within a few weeks. And last but not least, my personal favorite, witch hazel. Witch hazel is real simple and easy, all you have to do is apply its a piece of cotton or toilet paper. Apply it to your face, and go on your merry way. It's not instant solution by any means. However, you can add it in with the rest of the above selection, you will when the war on acne.

"I do not have any pimples,but I am afraid of having it.So how can I prevent from pimples?"
Prevent your pimples in 4 easy steps:
1.Become aware of how you take care of your skin.
Each morning, you need to wash your face thoroughly. If you wash your face in the shower, be sure to have a separate bar of soap for washing your face. This assures that you don't get any unwanted bacteria on your face, which can cause pimples.
2.After getting out of a shower,be sure to dry your face as dry as possible.
This includes drying behind your ears and around your hairline as well. Removing excess moisture helps prevent pimples. But, there is something more you can do to prevent pimples if you're a woman.
3.Avoid wearing heavy makeup. Makeup can block your pores and prevent sweat from escaping, which can cause more pimples. If possible, use a mineral makeup that allows your skin to breath.
4.
When the end of the day arrives, men and women should both wash their faces thoroughly. The amount of grit and grime your face encounters throughout the day can cause bad pimples. By removing the excess dirt, you are also priming your face for products that will help prevent pimples.

Hey peeps! We're back again! Today we're going to talk about simple ways to live a healthy lifestyle. Here are some tips below!

Ways to move Your Body:
-Turn off the TV. Once a week, turn off the TV and do something a little more physical with your family. Play games, take a walk...almost anything will be more active than sitting on the couch.
-Walk more. Look for small ways to walk more. When you get the mail, take a walk around the block, take the dog for an extra outing each day or walk on your treadmill for 5 minutes before getting ready for work.
-Pace while you talk. When you're on the phone, pace around or even do some cleaning while gabbing. This is a great way to stay moving while doing something you enjoy.

Eating well:
-Eat more fruit. Add it to your cereal, your salads or even your dinners.
-Switch your salad dressing. If you eat full-fat dressing, switch to something lighter and you'll automatically eat less calories.
-Eat low-fat or fat-free dairy. Switching to skim milk or fat free yogurt is another simple way to eat less calories without having to change too much in your diet.

Tips on healthy living(based on everything related):
- Eat half your dessert.
-Walk instead of driving whenever you can.
-Use fat free milk over whole milk.
-Do sit-ups in front of the TV.
-Eat leaner meat & poultry.
-Avoid large food protions.
-Increase the fiber in your diet.
-Choose fruit for dessert.

How do I ensure that I keep a slim figure ?

"How do I ensure that I have a slim figure?" This question is sure common nowadays. Lots of teenagers , especially girls, are on diet as they feel that they are "fat" when they were as skinny as a bamboo. But what is the main cause of causing people to be fat? The answer is quite obvious, and that is munching on tidbits. Tidbits are everywhere, anytime you want it, just pop into a convenience store and you get to see lots and lots of tidbits with different brands(e.g. Pringles, Lays,Jack & Jill, etc.)

But some people ask, why do people munch on tidbits when they can actually have a nice meal which includes rice and meat which are able to fill up their stomachs more than tidbits? Well, people nowadays are living in a busy city. Some people hardly have enough time to grab a nice meal, so they only can rely on potato chips to fill up their stomachs temporarily. These problem has been going on for a past few years, and the amount of obese people are still increasing.
The other reason for people to munch on chips, is because they may feel bored when they are watching television, or when they are upset and keeps on gorging themselves .

So how can we ensure that we get to keep a slim figure without having to stop eating potato chips?Well, the easiest way is to eat potato chips once a month. This can help to keep the body slim and to prevent obesity.Try eating a small packet of potato chips instead of a large packet of it. This can also help to keep the body healthy too ! Try to eat more vegetables and fruits as the minerals inside are good and more vitamins are consumed into the body.
